THE NLCS CAUCUS
Part of the Conservation System Alliance’s mission is to raise the Congressional profile of the BLM's Conservation System by working with the NLCS Congressional Caucus. Composed of 26 Members of Congress with diverse geographic and political affiliations, this bipartisan caucus is united by their strong vision to promote and protect the BLM's Conservation System.
CONGRESSIONAL EDUCATION
Members of the Conservation System Alliance educate Members of Congress and their staff about resources and management challenges of the BLM's Conservation System. Whether it means meeting with Congressional staff in Washington, DC, or exploring issues in person, members of the Conservation System Alliance educate Congress about providing the BLM with adequate resources to steward some of the most special places in America.
