SOUTHEASTERN FOOT TRAILS COALITION MISSION

SOUTHEASTERN FOOT TRAILS COALITION MISSION
The Southeastern Foot Trails Coalition seeks to promote and protect the Southeast's long distance foot trails and connect those trails and their natural corridors by building a regional trail system and an active network of hiking organizations.

A coalition of hiking clubs constitutes the Southeast Trails Program. Members assist each other in implementing a common vision of a southeast regional foot trail system that is:
• Fully walkable
• Receives support from a strong cadre of volunteer organizations
• Permanently protected, known and loved in the hiking community and beyond
